Q: What format is required for final art/design?
A: The format of design should be AI, PSD, CDR or PDF.Q: What is the default operating system for the video brochure?
A: Default operating system is all-winner.Q: What function buttons are available, and how many buttons can I have?
A: Buttons below are all available: -Play/pause -On/off -Volume up/down -Last Video /Next Video -Fast forward /Rewind -Video selection buttons (can also have play/pause function) You can have up to 10 buttons on one single video brochure.Q: What is your MOO, do you accept orders of small quantity?
A: Our MOO for batch is 50 pcs, for sample is 1 pcs, small quantity orders are also acceptable.Q: Can we upload the video ourselves after the lcd video brochure card was sent to us?
A: Yes, You can upload the video by youself after you got the brochure card, Just need connect for uploading, it's quite easy.Q: Can you send us the art template for the brochure?
